Life-Changing Plant Medicine

Iboga has a unique power to set you free from negative mood states, addictions and other symptoms of unhealed trauma.  During an Iboga Retreat at Hacienda Noah, our Medicine Man Liam,  will lead a sacred Iboga ceremony in the tradition he was taught in Africa by the 10th generation Bwiti shaman who served as his teacher.  ake take the root bark of the Tabernathe Iboga plant prepared just as the Bwiti have been doing for hundreds of years.  during a sacred ceremony led by our own medicine man, Liam, who was trained in Gabon Africa by 10th generation Bwiti Shaman, Moughenda Mikala .  Held by our compassionate healers in our beautiful jungle retreat center,  you’ll be immersed in the ancient Iboga rituals and soul stirring rhythms of Bwiti music. Iboga beckons those prepared to break free, guiding them towards unleashing their untapped potentials and discovering a life rich in new possibilities.

Relax in one of our private guest casitas, each  tastefully planned with your comfort in mind, complete with air conditioning,  premium linens, hot showers  newly built or refurbished with your comfort in mind.   While quaint, Hacienda Noah also bathes our guests in luxury, comfort and ease. After ceremonies, or a day at the beach or a visit to a cenote it will be a joy to retire to your private casita where you can unwind and integrate your experience,  waking up to the warm sun and the cheerful melodies of tropical birds.

​At Hacienda Noah we pay attention to set and setting.  The fire talk, led by our  Medicine Man,  Liam, is an intimate campfire gathering under the stars, with the  jungle as your backdrop. As Bwiti music plays, you’ll explore the ancient teachings just as they've been taugjt in Africa for thousands of years.  Held by history and tradition, the  compassionate healers of Hacienda Noah, the energy of the group , and the  transformative power of Iboga will take you on a life changing  journey of  healing and self-discovery.

Beach/Cenote Trip

Between ceremonies we will take a trip to the warm tropical waters of the gulf beach, or the  cool fresh water cenotes hidden in the Mayan jungle.

The Ceremony Experience

  • In the sacred Mayan jungle of Yucatan, Mexico you will embark on a transformative Iboga journey under the clear night sky and the stars. This profound ceremony takes place within a candlelit temple, guided by a medicine man trained by a 10th Generation Missoko Bwiti Shaman.

  • As night falls, you’ll gather around a campfire for a firetalk hosted by Liam in English, accompanied by the rhythms of live Bwiti music.  

  • Through storytelling and the sacred guidance of the Spirit of Iboga, you will heal deep wounds, reconnect with your true self, and discover the spiritual path to create a life you love.

  • A 7-Day Retreat includes two Iboga Ceremonies. The first for Mental Detox, the second is usually when you journey to reconnect with your soul and resolve traumas in the subconscious.
